Thomas was the Drake Relays and Iowa State Champion this season and his 4:10 is currently ranked 22nd in the nation. He is headed to Iowa State in the fall to compete for the Cyclones.

O'Fallon HS, Illinois 4:10
Riba was the Nike Midwest Regional XC Champ last fall and this past weekend he finished 2nd at the Illinois State Track Championships in the 3200. He was seventh at last year's FOM.
Spencer Haik
Glendale HS, Missouri 4:11
The Glendale junior made it two State 1600 titles in a row this weekend with his signature big kick. He used that same kick to win the KU Relays 1600 earlier this season and will no doubt be one of the favorites on Thursday.
Patrick Perrier
O'Fallon HS, Illinois 4:12
Perrier was a Foot Locker National Finalist in cross country and finished third at this weekend's Illinois State Track Meet in the 3200. He was eighth at last year's FOM.
Noah Kauppila
Marquette HS, Missouri 4:13
Kauppila has shown big-time range this season, going 8:54 for 3200 at Arcadia in early April before capturing a State 800 title this weekend. He was also second over 1600 meters and split 1:52 on his 4x800 leg.
Cole Rockhold
Truman HS, Missouri 4:13
Rockhold scored a big PR at the Missouri State Meet with his 4:13 which was good for third behind Haik and Kauppila. He was also second in the 3200.
Elvir Sarajlic
Oakville HS, Missouri 4:14
Sarajlic ran his 4:14 during an Invitational late in the year but showed it was no fluke with a 4:16 at the State Meet, where he finished seventh.
Sam Guinn
Blue Valley Northwest, Kansas 4:15
Guinn posted his 4:15 at the Regional Meet but his biggest race came this weekend when he won the Kansas State Meet in 4:19. He was also second in the 3200.
Brian Hernan
Parkway South HS, Missouri 4:15
The Parkway South senior had the best season of his high school career, bringing his personal best all the way down to 4:15 and finishing sixth at the Missouri State Meet over 1600 meters.
Chris Mooneyham
Glendale HS, Missouri 4:16
Mooneyham comes into the FOM on a major high after a thrilling stretch run that ended in a 3200 meter State Title for the senior.
Riley McInerney
Charleston HS, Illinois 4:16
Yet another State Champion in the field, McInerney took home the Illinois Class 2 3200 title and came back to get fourth in the 1600.
Marc Maton
Chatham Glenwood HS, Illinois 4:17
Maton ran his 4:17 at the Morton Relays in early May where he finished first. This weekend he was second to McInerney in the 3200 and finished fifth in the 1600 at the Illinois State Meet in Class 2.
Adam Roderique
Marquette HS, Missouri 4:19
Roderique had a breakout fall in cross country where he was sixth at the Missouri State Meet after winning the Rim Rock Classic. On the track he ended the season with PRs of 4:19 and 9:33.
Stuart McNutt
Blue Valley West HS, Kansas 4:22
McNutt was fourth in the 1600 and third in the 3200 in Class 6A at the Kansas State Meet.
Kain Ellis
Benton HS, Missouri 4:23
Ellis was the Missouri State Champion in Class 3 at 1600 meters.
Jacob Shiohira
Bentonville HS, Arkansas 4:23
Shiohira was the Arkansas State Cross Country Champ and was second over 3200 meters at the Arkansas Meet of Champions.
Billy Leighton
Cape Central HS, Missouri 4:23
Leighton won the GO! St. Louis Junior High Invitational at the FOM way back in 2009. He'll try to make another memory this Thursday before heading to the University of Missouri in the fall.
