15. Abigail Juedemann - Lindbergh - JR: Juedemann broke out at the 2016 MSHSAA State Cross Country Meet and hasn't looked back since. An impressive 19th place finish in a 30 second PR, 2 of Juedemann's only 3 sub-20:00 5Ks in her career have come at Oak Hills (Capital City CC Challenge and Foot Locker Midwest Regional). Her success in cross country translated to her sophomore year of track as she 5:07.36 in the 6-lap 1600 for 5th at state and also turned in a 2:21.77 open 800 at the sectional meet (10th in the 800 at state). She was also a major part of the 3rd place 3200m Relay. With Kally Fischer as her coach, look for Juedemann to make a big jump in her junior season.
