15. Christian Blake Procell - Nixa - JR: Procell burst onto the scene during his freshman year track campaign in 2016 when he took 6th in the Class 5 800 in 1:56.9. His freshman year cross country season saw a 16:23 best, though, so Procell's spring success did, in fact, have a precursor. He was 2nd in Class 5 this year, winning the mad dash that took place behind Austin Hindman, and again running 1:56.4. He added a 4:31 1600 and also owns a 16:08 personal best and is the 14th fastest returner. He was 49th last year, but will be eyeing a move up after another solid spring. The young man from Nixa gets the nod over a slew of solid Class 4 talents and is a part of a stellar Class 4 Boys field this year.
