15. Mary Bean - Liberal - JR: The 15th spot on our list could go to a number of girls, but we have Mary Bean slotted in at 15th for now. She has seen the podium at Oak Hills before as she was 21st as a freshman. Last year she came across just short in 31st, but with personal bests of 6:08, 13:44, and 21:49, Bean looks poised to make a run at a big jump in 2017.
