The New Bloomfield Wildcats return their entire top 5 from 2016, 4 of which at 18:21 or better. Robert Morningstar, a rising junior and the only one with experience at the state meet, leads the way with his 17:45 best, but three of his teammates are all within 36 seconds. The #5 man is what hurts them at the present moment - that and being in District 4 - but it looks like New Bloomfield may be in a good spot for 2017. Look for them to turn some heads and possibly sneak through District 4 and make only their 2nd ever trip to the state meet as a team.
