District 1 represents the southeastern portion of Missouri as well as South St. Louis County, South City, and Jefferson County. Typically not known as a deep district, District 1 will sometimes get swallowed up by District 2 at the Sectional meet, but the state championship run by Jackson's girls last year showed that District 1 is still no joke.
