Foot Locker Midwest Regional: How Did Our Missourians Do?

Girls

The Blue Springs South girls also did not want their cross country season to end just yet, particularly the top 2 finishers in the Class 4 girls race Victoria Findley and Danielle Hotalling. Findley finished 14th in this one, just missing a National meet bid once again, running 18:00.9 and finishing four spots from qualifying.

Hotalling really does not want her season to end as she continues to drop time into the postseason. She was 19th overall in 18:10 after running personal bests at State, Nike Cross Regional, and now again at Foot Locker. She was the closest to her teammate in this race than she had ever been in the 2017 season. Lee's Summit North junior Madelyn Robinson, fresh off of her first ever all-state medal, was 103rd in 20:01.2 and  Lindbergh brought the 4th and 5th fastest Missourians on the day. Junior Abigail Juedemann was 111th in 20:10 and fellow junior Hope Henningsen was 157th in 21:46.6.

In the youth races, Fenton's Grant Brawley was 7th overall in the 3K in 10:46. Julia Ray, a 12-year-old from St. Louis, was the 14th fastest girl in the 3K and ran 12:07.9.
