6. Hannah Scott - Woodland, SR
PR - 35-9
Scott also fell short of the state meet even though she heaved her personal best at Sectionals. Her 35-9 makes her a top returner in Class 2, and even though Sectional 1 is no joke this season, Scott should be a strong pick to get out and onto the podium this season.
5. Keagan Madison - South Harrison, SR
PR - 35-8
Madison was another victim of the Sectional meet, but also returns with a solid mark in the shot put. Her 35-8 is an inch behind Scott's best, but she has a little more experience and a few more solid throws to push her just slightly ahead and into our preseason top 5. It could go either way, though, as 5-10 are all very close to each other.
