Salute to Seniors 1: Antonio Norman & Jerald Allen

      Q: What was your most memorable race/moment?

      A: My most memorable race would be sectionals of this past track season where I went 48.4 in the open 400. 


        Q: Who would you consider your biggest competition over your four years?

        A: my biggest competition would be James Allen. The guy who people say looks like me. 


        Q: What was your greatest accomplishment?

        A: I would say my biggest accomplishment are my PRs. I love running new ones. 


        Q: If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school?

        A: I would tryout the open 200 & I would also run the 1600 more. 



        Q:What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?

        A: The most difficult obstacle would definitely be me not being able to run my junior year due to injury.


        Q: What will you miss the most?

        A: I will miss constantly checking stats after every meet each week to see where I stand. I'm also gonna miss arguing with James on who is gonna beat who. 


        Q: What advice would you give to younger athletes?

        A: Drink alot of water and trust the process. Practice will get where you wanna be. 


        Q: What influence has your coach had with respect to your performance and overall life goals?

        A: All of my coaches have stood by my side and decisions the whole way with nothing but support.


        Q: What are your college plans?

        A: I plan to attend Lindenwood University in the fall. Along with some studs. (James Allen, Antonio Norman, Kelsey Cole & Ben Stansey)


        Q: Who would you like to say 'thank you' to?

        A: I would like to say THANK YOU to all my coaches over the years without them I wouldn't have the times I've posted. I would also like to thank the competition for always pushing me!! 


        Q: Is there anything else you'd like to add?

        A: Shout out to my Parents and Grandparents for being extremely  supportive. I also wanna shout out my auntie Dominique and the P.A.L organization.


        Q: What was the funniest thing that happened during your running career?

        A:The funniest thing that happened to was eating white castles before a meet... never again!!!
