Major Changes As 2018 District Alignments Released


Class 4

Warrensburg, Carl Junction move up; St. Louis Metro districts Majorly Rearranged

Tremors were felt as Class 3 trophy contenders Warrensburg and Carl Junction moved up to Class 4 with this realignment. Furthermore, the St. Louis metro area underwent some major shifting that kept District 2 as quite probably the toughest in the state and returned all of the St. Charles County schools to Sectional 2.

Class 4 underwent the least amount of change, but, nevertheless, the changes that were made will have a significant impact on the state series this fall.


District 1 - No change

District 2 - Howell, FHC, Parkway Central, Parkway North out, SLUH, Webster Groves, Nerinx, Gateway, Ladue, and Chaminade in

District 3 - SLUH, Webster Groves, Nerinx, Gateway, Ladue, and Chaminade out, Howell, FHC, Parkway Central, Parkway North, Ft. Zumwalt East in

District 4 - Ft. Zumwalt East out, Warrenton moves up from Class 3

District 5 - Hillcrest in

District 6 - Hillcrest out, Carl Junction and Warrensburg move up from Class 3

District 7 - No change

District 8 - Kansas City East moves up from Class 3
