Updates from the Race

-Ben Golestan and Dustin Wilson from Columbia take off from the pack coming through the 2K in 6:11. 

-Dustin Wilson (Columbia) has a lead over large chase pack.  He holds about a five second lead at 4K.  12:35 through 4K.

-Drew White (Festus '12) is in the mix, sitting in third thorugh the halfway point. 

-Dustin Wilson (Columbia) remains to lead with the pack continuing to close in on him. 

-Around 19 minutes thorugh 6k as a group of 15 runners are still very close. 

-Craig Nowak (Oklahoma State) pulled away in the last 1K to grab the victory.

-Jordan West (Lafayette) won the HS 4k race in a time of 12:40. 

-Kristen Adams (Francis Howell) took the girls race in a time of 15:10 narrowly beating Megan Cunningham of Eureka.
