General Admission: $3.00 Adults & $1.00

Entries/Seeding: Final entries are due to http://mo.milesplit.com/ by Thursday May 8th at 11:00 am. Please be reminded that all times are to be authentic electronic times recorded at a meet this season.
Varsity Two entries per individual event, one relay team per event
Junior Varsity Unlimited entries individual/relay events, only two individual and one relay count
No Division Crossover

Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals will be awarded in both divisions. One team trophy for varsity and junior varsity.

Schedule: (Attached) Remember that prelims for the 100, 200, and 100H have been eliminated.

Track Infield: Please inform your athletes that they will not be allowed on the infield for any reason other than being in the bullpen or warming up for an event. Administration, meet personnel, and approved media have unlimited ability to roam entire infield.

Coachs Box: This area will be located in the east D-zone of the track infield. Coaches will stay in the designated area unless they are actively coaching or communicating with their athletes. Please dont invite athletes into the coachs box for any reason. Absolutely no food, drinks (other than water), sunflower seeds, or tobacco is allowed in the coachs box or anywhere on the track infield.

Field Event Complex: Designated Coachs Box areas inside the complex.

Track Surface: 3/16 inch spikes and below will be allowed on the track and runways. Please plan to use tennis balls or other stationary objects as markers on the track. No tape on the track or runways.

Team Village: Schools will set-up their team tent(s) in the outfield of our baseball/softball stadium. Food and drink are allowed in this area but please instruct your athletes to stay off of the infield of the baseball/softball stadium.

Dressing Facilities: Locker rooms will not be available unless requested. Outdoor restrooms will be available and they are located on the back of the concession stand. Please inform your athletes that they are not allowed in the school building without permission. Please understand that Fox will not be responsible for missing or stolen valuables.

T-Shirts: Short sleeve t-shirts will be on sale for $10

Concessions: There will be a concession stand available to athletes and general admission.

Hospitality: Coaching staffs will be provided with hospitality tickets that are good for a hotdog and drink at the concession stand.

Pass List: Please email list to gianino@fox.k12.mo.us by Wednesday, May 7th at 4:00 pm.

Parking: Buses will drop athletes off at the main stadium entrance and then be directed to park in the Rickman Auditorium Parking Lot (which is located on the east end of the high school campus). This area will be reserved specifically for bus parking.

Emergencies: Our athletic trainer, Mr. Tom Nash will be present at the meet.

o Pole Vault JV = Parkway South & Varsity = Northwest

o High Jump JV = Fox & Varsity = Parkway South

o Long Jump JV = Mehlville & Varsity = Lindbergh

o Triple Jump JV = Oakville & Varsity = Eureka
