POTOSI TROJAN INVITATIONAL WHEN: April 20th, 2017 WHERE: Potosi High School Track (located behind the Middle School)
TO: Middle School Track and Field Coaches You have been invited to the Potosi Trojan Invitational on Thursday,
April 20th, 2017. Entries are limited to 3 Athletes in the individual events and 1 relay team for every relay event. Medals will be awarded for 1st through 3rd in all events, with plaques given to the top two teams in both Male and Female divisions.
There will be an additional 1600 Meter Run for those who are not competing in any other event. Medals will be given to the top 5 boys and top 5 girls in this race; however no team points will be awarded.
ENTRIES FEES ARE $150 FOR BOYS / $150 FOR GIRLS / OR $300 FOR BOTH. Payments mail check to: John Evans Middle School Attn: Steven McCoy 303 South Lead Street
ALL ATHLETES ARE ALLOWED 4 MAXIUM EVENTS WITH 3 OF THOSE BEING RUNNING EVENTS. All entries will be online using MO MILE SPILT. Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Surface: 8 - Lane Rubberized Track. 3/16 spikes only Seeding: Heats / Flights will be seeded by time and distances entered. Starting Heights: Determined at coaches meeting. Coaches Meeting: Coaches will meet at 3:30 p.m. in the hospitality room located in the Middle School Cafeteria behind the concession stand. The hospitality room will be available to all coaches and bus drivers.
