For the week July 18 - 21st we wil meet at Little Blue Trace trail behind the old O'Charley's at 7 a.m. Monday - Wednesday. We are meeting an hour earlier to try and beat the heat next week. July 11 - 14: We will be meeting at Blue Springs HS in the teachers lot. Be there ready to run at 8 a.m. I will post the rest of the summer meeting spots next week.

Here is a quick look at where we will be meeting the first few weeks of summer training. May 31 - June 2nd - we are meeting at the high school right after school. I know that incoming freshman won't be able to meet then, but you can start up the following week. June 6 - 9 - We will meet at Lake Remembrance all 4 days. Be ready to run at 8 a.m. We will meet at the Duncan road parking lot...
