2014 Butler High School grad Patrick Gregory finished 3rd tonight in the Boys Championship Mile at the Nike Festival of Miles in St. Louis. Gregory ran a huge PR of 4:07.81 for the full mile. That time places him #3 All-time in Kentucky behind his former running partner Jacob Thomson and former St. X great Bobby Curtis. Gregory is coming off a 800 PR of 1:52.96 in Tennessee last week.
Tonight's race saw an opening split of 59 seconds for 400m and then the entire field came through the halfway point at 2:05. Spencer Haik from Missouri won the race.
