Season Review: He began our season as the favorite in Class 1 and ran the table all way to the individual title in 2017. It was his 4th time in the top 7 in Class 1 and he helped his team grab their 4th team trophy (3 championships and 1 runner-up). Sabala was one of only four boys in Class 1 to break 17:00 this year and he did it ten times. He will now head into track season with 4:33 and 10:00 personal bests as he looks to lock up his first individual title on the track this spring.
