Now that the dust has settled on the 2017 Cross Country season and the all-state medals have been handed out in each class, what about the All-State teams regardless of class? Please note that these delegations were difficult, but the ultimate decisions were made based on the respective athlete's season as a whole and how success was measured within the context of their racing sphere and circumstances (not just state finish...though that played a major role).
