Another State Champion in another event a year ago, Jada is the defending champion in the 200m. She was All-State last year in the 400m as well, with a 7th place finish. She'll look to improve upon her finish from last year, and I wouldn't be surprised if she jumps up a few spots.
5. Shelby Butts, Junior
Raytown
PR: 56.63
After qualifying for State in both the 200m and 400m, Shelby did not compete in Jefferson City last year. I don't know why, but her PR of 56.63 at Sectionals is enough for me to rank her here at number 5.
