10. Makenzy Mizera (Warrensburg)
Mizera is one of Missouri's premier jumpers and has been All-State in each of her first three seasons in both the Long and Triple Jump. She was State Champion in the Long Jump last year, and was Runner Up in Triple. She's the only girl to have leapt over 19 feet in the Long Jump, and is one of only 4 to have jumped 39 feet in triple. This year she'll look to join the rare 19/40 feet club, and I'm excited to see if she can do it!
9. Victoria Findley (Blue Springs South)
Tori has been one of the most dominant female distance runners the last couple of years and is coming into this season off of State Championships in both XC and the 3200m, and a Runner Up finish in the 1600m last season. She has just been getting better and better, and I'm excited so see her put on a show in her final high school season before heading off to MIZZOU in the fall.

8. Deja Ingram (Hazelwood Central)
The back to back Class 5 State Champion in both 100m and 200m, Deja will look to make it a three-peat in both this season. Her PR's of 11.70 (10th) and 23.81 (6th) rank among the top 10 times in state history. She very well could climb higher on those lists with a good season this spring, and it'll be fun to watch her tear up the track in the coming weeks.
