The Class 2 Boys 3200m race will be loaded with returners, as all but two State Qualifiers from last year are coming back in 2019. Seven of these fourteen returners are State Medalists, including the State Champion.
Defending State Champion Caleb Cornelius of Saxony Lutheran will be the favorite heading into the 2019 season. He holds the fastest returning time in Class 2 with a 10:02, and will look drop sub 10 this year. He'll have significant challengers though. Nathan Frazee of Clark County being the biggest, as he was the Runner Up last year and has a PR of 10:07. State was the only time all year that Frazee lost in the 3200m, and he'll look to correct that this season. Isaac Ashton, Kaelin Kendrick-O'Bryan, Logan Swanson, Wyatt Graff, and Caleb Distler all are returning medalists as well.
