The 100/110 Hurdlers to Watch in Class 3

In the Class 3 Boys 110m Hurdles eight State Qualifiers will be returning including three State Medalists.

The top returner from last year is Allen Staab of Montgomery County who placed third at State a year ago, and has the second fastest returning time with a 14.70. However, the favorite heading into the season will be Grant Conway of St. James. A slight mishap at Sectionals prevented him from going to State in the 110H, but he won 11 out of 12 races before than and very often in the low 14's. His season best of 14.12 from the USATF Junior Outdoor Championships is the fastest time in Class 3 by over half a second. Look for Conway to comeback hungry for a State Title in 2019.
