Tony's Take Top Video Moment of 2018: #4 Mason Barr Da Boss

There are not many athletes who under the tremendous pressure of a state championship come up smelling roses. Mason Barr of Ridgeview is one of those athletes. In last spring's spectacular known as the boys' state championship, he was entered in four events for the preliminaries. After easily advancing to the 110HH final, he missed his 300H due to a coaching time management oversight. This was especially troubling because Barr was defending champion and his team was in the thick of the team title race. Fortunately, Barr was able to rebound very quickly by making the 200 and 4x400 finals. The rest is history as they say.
