Class 1 will see four returning state medalists in the Girls 100m dash this year, and will crown a new champion. Aleah Asare (Osceola) is the top returner this season after finishing as the runner up a year ago. She also owns the fastest returning time in Class 1 with a 12.62, which put her ahead of her closest challenger and last years sixth place finisher Jaiden Linebaugh (Knox County) who ran 12.82 at state last season.
