Q: What does your training look like right now given the current situation?


A: My  training right now  is anything that's going to keep me in shape and get me ready for college level.




Q: What are you doing to stay busy other than run right now?


A: I have started me a bracelet business and learning how to do different hair Styles on myself.



Q: What was your most memorable race/moment?


A:winning state!! Breaking school record!!! being part of first metro team,and the cool interviews. Also, committing to my school and being announced all decade track and field runner.


Q: What was the funniest thing that happened during your running career?


A:The funniest thing ever was when we had new people learning how to do hand off's. A new girl ran Lauryn over , she forgot to pass the baton lol . I just remember seeing me hop up and down laughing crying  all on the curve of the track. Lauryn was so mad and her ankle was bleeding.


Q: Who would you consider your biggest competition over your four years?


A: Anyone that came across me or lined up next to me was my competition.


Q: What was your greatest accomplishment?


A: My  biggest accomplishment would be breaking the class 5 state record my sophomore year , and also breaking my school record 2 years in a row.


Q: If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school?


A: I will change my eating plan lol.


Q: What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?


A: Freshman  year falling over the hurdle at state . Also, junior year my shoe falling off. These two things help me really build character.


Q: What will you miss the most?


A: I will miss the track family AAU and all of the funny practices. Also, the state meets seeing so much talent.


Q: What advice would you give to younger athletes?


A: To never give up and work 10x harder then anyone next to you .


Q: What kind of an impact has your coach had on you and your team?


A: my coach had a good impact on our team , he was very fun but also very determine to get us all better for the next level  of our life.


Q: What are your college plans?


A: I plan on continuing to run in college at VCU majoring in criminal justice or pre med. Track plan would be to show everyone how Missouri has the best athletes lol & how we get down.


Q: Who would you like to say 'thank you' to?


A: I will like to say thank you to my parents and all of my coaches !! Also thank you to my teammates.


Q: Is there anything else you'd like to add?


A:This has finally came to a end and I'm very sadthat's its most likely officially over but I will never be done running. It all came by so fast .
