Missouri Girls Performer of the Week (Sept. 26-Oct. 1)

It's time to vote for the Missouri Girls Performer Of The Week for Week 6!

This week saw quite a few impressive performances. But first congrats Elsa Henry from St. Michael the Archangel for being last week's winner.

This week's nominees are ...

Lydia Gabrielson, Chillicothe

She ran a season-best 23:05.30 and the freshman won her first high school race at the Lafayette Invitational in St. Joseph. 

Elissa Barnard, Lafayette (Wildwood)

Lafayette's senior won Parkway West Dale Shepherd Invitational in 19:01 to beat her sister, junior Natalie Barnard (19:04), getting the best of her little sister for the first time all year, as the siblings went 1-2 for the 2nd time in 3 races as Natalie won Festus Bowles Invitational and Elissa was 2nd on September 17.


Jaclyn Riedinger, North Andrew

In her first race since August 23, the senior picked up a win for the Cardinals at the nearby Savannah Invitational. She ran 22:35.50 to win by 22 seconds. 

Kenzleigh Goans, California

She posted a 38-second margin of victory at the North Callaway Invitational on Oct. 1 in Kingdom City. It was her fourth top-three finish this season.

Logan Jones, Mansfield

She picked up her second win this season when she took first at the Mountain Grove Open on Sept. 27.
