15:26 a PR. - Tell us about the experience of racing at Forest Park?

The experience was great it's a fun course where you can face some of the states best and also great competitors in other states as well. The atmosphere of it is also makes it fun to come too.

Two years ago you ran an 18:08 at the Festival. Granted conditions were better this time around but what do you credit the 2:30+ improvement too?

Two tears ago I ran it in 18:08 and that was my first year of xc without running the summer before. The course itself was pretty muddy and slick but it makes it a lot more fun who doesn't like to run in mud? Dropping time takes lots of hard work and the will to do it and reach your goals.

Glendale nation appeared to be in full force in St. Louis. Tell us about how the community has rallyed around your team.

The community is awesome Big River does a great job of putting the meet on and also being able to hold to USA Cross Country Championships makes it that much better.

 Where do you race next?

I will be racing at the Missouri Southern Stampede.
