Coaches,
Please limit your entries to 6 athletes in individuals events and two relays. Entries are due by Monday, May 7, 2012 at 9pm.
To facilitate this meet, we are charging $40 PER SCHOOL if more than 10 individuals (up to 4 entries per individual), OR $20 Per SCHOOL if fewer than 10 individuals. We will also have TWO starters to facilitate the meet.
Teams Invited: (Coaches Meeting at 4:00 in EAST BLEACHERS on SOUTH SIDE)
Trinity, Jennings, Lutheran South, Incarnate Word, Cor Jesu, North County Tech, Whitfield, Lift for Life, MICDS, Metro East Lutheran, Lutheran North, Northwest Academy
GIRLS WILL PRECEDE BOYS ON THE TRACK, starting about 4:15!
4 x 8, HH, 100M, 4 x 2, 1600M, 4 x 1, 400M, 300H, 800M, 200M, 3200M, 4 x 4
Boys and Girls will be combined in 3200M Run.
The order of events will be as follows:
4:15 p.m.
GLJ (East Pit); NCT, WH, IW
B LJ (Center Pit): MEL
BPV: MI
GHJ: LFL
BSP: TR (prelims and finals?)
GD: LS (prelims and finals?)
Following the completions of these events, about 5:15, these events will follow in those venues:
GTJ (East Pit); LFL, MI
B TJ (Center Pit): NCT, WH
GPV: CJ
BHJ: MEL
GSP: TR
BD: LS
XZ Judges: NWA 1 and 3 exchange, 4 x 2; 2 exchange, 4 x 1
XZ Judges: Jennings 1 and 3 exchange, 4 x 2; 1 and 3 exchange, 4 x 1
As in the past at this meet, the finish line will record ONLY first and second place of each heat. Please have someone grab your own times. We will record more IF we can get more timers.
You also will be expected to work a field event with another team. If you have a boys team and a girls team, you will work TWO field events. Please check your assignments above.
ABSOLUTE DEADLINE: 9:00 p.m., Monday, May 7!
