Entry Fees: $150.00 per girls team and $150.00 boys team or $250.00 for both divisions.

Mail fee to Windsor High School, 6208 US HYW 61-67, Imperial, MO 63052. Entry Fees are due PRIOR to or on the day of the event.
Time: Field Events start at 3:30pm and running events at 4:00pm. A brief coaches meeting will begin at 3:00pm in the Extension Center located up the stairs from the track restrooms and concession area. Please review the attached starting times for field events.
Awards: Individual/Relay Medals 1st through 3rd place.
Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (dependent on the # of teams)
Surface: 8 Lane rubberized track. We allow 3/16 and below on the track and runways. NO TAPE on the track or runways! Use chalk or tennis balls for marks
Seeding: Heats/Flights will be seeded by time and distances entered.
Field Events: Shot put, Discus, Long Jump and Triple Jump will have 4 attempts
Miscellaneous: Bathrooms available; however, we do not have locker rooms available for
athletes. There will be a concession stand available. There will be an area for setting up tents on the practice field by the jump pits west of the stadium. An athletic trainer will also be available.
Bus Parking: Buses will park on the upper parking lot next to the upper practice field.
Entry Deadline: All athletes are allowed in the maximum four events. The meet will be timed by Championship Timing, entries will be on momilesplit. Details on entry # and entry deadlines will be sent out once schools have replied as to who will be entering this meet. You must be entered (at least 1 individual) by Thursday, April 26th, but you may change entries until Monday at noon before the meet. We need a school count for hospitality purposes.
Entries: Teams will be allowed to enter 3 athletes in open events and 2 relays per event. Only your top 2 athletes and top relay team will count toward team scoring but medals will be given out according to finish regardless.
