Jefferson Blue Jays Invitational
Dear Athletic Directors and Coaches:
On Tuesday, March 26, 2019, Jefferson High School will be hosting its 5th annual Varsity Invitational. If you are interested in attending our home track meet, please email , Coach Alex Rouggly @ rougglya@jr7.k12.mo.us
Date: Tuesday, March 26th
Place: Jefferson High School (1250 Dooling Hollow, Festus, MO 63028)
Time: 2:45 Coaches Meeting (front of press box), 3:15pm Field Events, 3:45pm Running Events
Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Awards: Individuals Medals for Top 3 finishers in each event
Plaques for 1st place overall boys and girls teams
Surface: 8 - lane rubberized track. 3/16" spikes only
Meet Entry: Entries will be made online (MoMileSplit) by Monday, March 25th at 9:00pm. Each team may enter 2 athletes per open event/ 1 relay per relay event. (boys/girls)
Any school wishing to pay individually will be charged $7.00 for every individual entry and $10.00 for every relay team. If your total cost per gender entries exceeds $125, you will only be charged the $125.
Entry Fee: $125-Boys Team $125-Girls Team
$7 individual/$10 per relay (IF YOU DON'T BRING A FULL TEAM)
Facilities: Concessions stand and restrooms will be provided. (Coaches will have hospitality room)
Shot/Discus: All athletes may use their own equipment

Timing: Championship Timing will do the timing. Results will be on MoMileSplit
Field Events: Start at 3:15pm

Pole Vault (Boys First)
Long Jump(Cafeteria Style) - 3:15-4:45 PM
Triple Jump (Cafeteria Style) - 4:45 - 6:15 PM
Javelin will NOT be attempted due to the amount of teams coming - Daylight would be an issue
