8:00 A.M.C Team Girls Race - Unlimited Entries (5K)

8:45 A.M.C Team Boys Race - Unlimited Entries (5K)

9:30 A.M.Varsity Girls Race - Limit of 10 runners (5K)

10:00 A.M.Varsity Boys Race - Limit of 10 runners (5K)

10:30 A.M.J.V. Girls Race - Unlimited Entries (5K)

11:15 A.M.J.V. Boys Race - Unlimited Entries (5K)

12:00 P.M.Awards for the top 25 finishers in the varsity races and team trophies.

Entry Info:Entry Fee is $120.00 for a girls team and $120.00 for a boys team ($200.00 if you bring both). Individual entries will be accepted for $15.00/runner. 5 or more runners is considered a team. Entry directions are below. 

 Entries are due by Sunday, September 29th at 11:59 PM.

Awards:60 Medals for each race

Traveling trophies to the Top Boys and Girls Varsity team from the KC Metro Area 

Overall Varsity Team Champion will be presented an award in each varsity race.

T-Shirts:The Coaches Association will have T-shirts for sale.

Results:Results will be sent to Kansas and Missouri Milesplit (ks.milesplit.com and mo.milesplit.com) as well as the Ray-Pec Cross Country Website (www.raypeccc.com). 

Timing:We will be using chip timing again this year and coaches will get the athletes chips and bib numbers at packet pick-up on race day. Please make sure that all of your athletes properly attach the chip to their shoes.  Coaches and athletes are responsible for making sure their chips are securely on their shoes. 

Entries:Attached to the Info and Entry email you will receive is an Excel file titled KCXC Classic Entry Forms.  Please keep the columns in the same spot when submitting entries and do not alter the columns. Please put your entire school name; NO abbreviations.  Boys and girls can be entered on the same sheet.  They will be sorted and will be easier than doing it on two separate sheets.  The form needs to be filled out and emailed to BOTH jwrigley@stasaints.net and troy@kcrunningcompany.com.  Sending the excel file to both Justin and Troy will insure that we have all entries.

Donation:The Greater Kansas City Cross Country Coaches Association would ask you to donate $1 per spectator to help keep making course improvements in the future.  The course at Ray-Pec is unlike any other high school course in the state of Missouri and is second to none. Please consider donating $1 to help make capital improvements to the facility.

Meet Location:The address is 20501 S. School Road, Peculiar, MO 64078.  The course is behind the Raymore Peculiar South Middle School building.
