Course Preview:The course will be painted and open for preview on Monday andTuesday, October 21st & 22nd from 3:00-6:00pm. The course will notbe available any other days that week before the district meet. Please keep in mind that this farm is a local business so please keep yourathletes away from and out of the corn maze, pumpkin patch, inflatables, etc. both during your course preview and race day.
Schedule:8:15am -- Coachs Meeting (Near Finish Line)
9:00am -- Varsity Boys
9:35am -- Varsity Girls
10:10am -- JV/Alternate Race (athletes must be on eligibility list)
11:00am -- Awards (Near the finish line)
Entries:Entries will be through Mo.Milesplit.com. Entries are due by 4:00pm on Monday, October 21st. Coaches can manage their roster to change/confirm up to 10 runners (maximum of 7 will run) until 4:00pm on Wednesday, October 23rd.
Awards:Medals will be awarded to the top 30 individual (boys and girls) runners. A plaque will be awarded to the first place team only (boys and girls).
Top 4 teams and top 30 individuals will advance to the Sectional meet.
Scoring/Timer:TRXC Timing will be responsible for all timing and scoring of the meet.The JV/Alternate race will not be timed.
Course Marshals:We will have adult volunteers located around the course.
Games Committee/ If needed the jury of appeals will be Sean OConnor (Lafayette), Kevin
Jury of Appeals:John (Parkway West), CJ Guilford (Northwest), Mike Ebert (Marquette)and the official starter.
Tents:Tents should be set up either in the fenced in area near the 2 mile markand finish line or just outside that area near the 2 mile mark.
Parking:Buses will unload in the parking lot at the intersection of Twin Rivers Rd and Jim Weber Road (see map on last page). Buses will then move to a parking area south of the course down Jim Weber Road.
Parents and spectator parking will be located near the bus parking. Spectators should turn onto Twin Rivers Rd from Hwy W. Follow it around the sharp curve to the right. There will be signs and workers directing you to parking. No meet parking will be allowed near the Wedding Barn due to a wedding that afternoon.
Handicap parking will be located in the same area as the bus drop off.
Pass List:Must be filled out my your AD on the MSHSAA website.
Admission:$5.00 per person. Ages 5 and under are free. Admission money will be collected while parking.
Additional Info:Porta Potties will be available. A trainer will be onsite.
District T-Shirts will be for sale.
