COACHES MEETING: Will take place directly after sending out our volunteers on the course. 3:30 Start time. There will be light snacks and drinks provided.

Official: Alan Spencer

THE COURSE:

The course will include fields and forested areas, creek crossings and some fun elevation changes. There is grass, wood chips, a small rock parking lot and hopefully not much mud! The course has been modified off of the trail and onto the grass when we walked with our official and deemed it too rough for runners this year. It will be marked with a double painted line and flagging in some trickier turns. It is a course that will not double back on itself for the junior high or the high school course. I will attach a picture. The starting line and finish line are on opposite sides of the school, east and west, respectively.

Athletes: Recommended spike length inch due to various conditions on the course.

AVAILABLE:

There will be an area for tents in the southeast corner of the high school property, flushing toilets, water fountains, and a concession stand that are nearby next to the soccer field. There will also be tank tops and t-shirts available to purchase.

Buses: Can enter on the east driveway of 305 West Prospect, Aurora, Mo for drop off. No buses or cars may enter the parking at the north side of campus for the safety of the runners.

FEES:

The fee is $15.00 per division or $50.00 if you are entering in all divisions. Please have check or money order payable to Aurora School District- 305 W. Prospect Aurora, Missouri 65605
