Willard Highline Invitational
When: Thursday, September 19th, 2019 Where: Willard High School

2:15 Coaches Meeting
2:30 M.S. Boys Entry Fee:
2:55 M.S. Girls $10.00 per runner or
3:20 J.V. Boys and Girls $50.00 for all MS runners or
4:00 Varsity Boys $75.00 for all HS runners or
4:30 Varsity Girls $100.00 for both teams
5:10 Willard Seniors Recognition
5:20 Presentation of Medals and Plaques (Large School and Small School Divisions)
Awards: There are 25 large medals with ribbons for each race. There will be a plaque for the first place high school boys team and first place high school girls team in each division.
Number of Entries: There is no limit on the number of runners in each race, however only the top five runners will be utilized to compute team scores.
Results: Results will be posted directly beside the concession tent approximately 5 minutes after the conclusion of each race.
Hospitality: Drinks and food will be provided for coaches and helpers and will be located inside the finish line tent.
Concessions: Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase in the concession tent.
Restrooms: We have been asked to keep runners out of the high school until school dismisses at 2:25, at which point runners will be allowed use the restrooms in the high school. Until that time porta-potties will be available.
Rainout Date: In the event that the meet is canceled, it will be made up on Friday, September 20th.
Please return the entry form and your check or purchase order as soon as possible.
