in cross country shall consist of the top (15) finishers in the race at the
conference meet. (Medaling: 1 Gold / 1 Silver / 13 Bronze) 1st Team - Top 5
runners - 2nd Team 6-10 runners - HM Team 11-15
JH - 15 boys/15 girls (1 plaque boys/1 plaque girls)

JV - 15 boys/15 girls (no team awards)
The gold medalist at the meet will be the Runner of the Year
Coach of the Year will be voted by coaches
