ActNow will time the meet. They will use disposable bibs, this will eliminate the need for workers at the finish line. We have raised the entry fee to help pay for the timing company, I believe considering the circumstances it is in everyone's best interest to eliminate contact.
We are in the process of working with ActNow so I do not have a deadline of when rosters are due. I will update when I can.
*there are other details I will update closer to the event such as social distancing procedures etc.
Please park buses between the middle school and the elementary and keep students out of the middle school.Restrooms will be located at the football field and west side of Middle School once the busses are gone.
*We may need less time between races by using the timing company so these may change.

Location: Pleasant Hope Middle School- 515 W McCurry st
*terrain will be varied with some trails and crossing pavement. The trails are fairly narrow at points. You can run two wide but please do not intentionally block the path of faster runners.
Awards:
1st place team plaques in varsity and JH races
Top 20 medal for varsity races and 7-8th grade and top 10 for JV..
