Dear Coaches and Athletic Directors:
On April 27th, 2021, Hillsboro Jr. High School will be hosting the Jr. High Hawk Invitational Track Meet. We are pleased that you have accepted our invitation.
Date: Tuesday April 27, 2021
Divisions: 7th/8th COMBINED EVENTS. You will be allowed to enter 2 per open event & 1 relay
Site: Hillsboro High School (behind High School)
Time: Scratch Meeting 3:15 p.m., Field Events 3:30 p.m., and Sprint Medleys 3:30 p.m. Running events to follow
Awards: Medals 1st through 4th Place.
Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (Sprint medley does not count toward team points)
Surface: 8 - Lane Rubberized Track. We have separate long / triple jump runways and landing pits. 3/16 spikes only
Seeding: Heats / Flights will be seeded by time and distances entered.
Starting Heights: Determined at scratch meeting.
Implements:Shot and Discus implements will be pooled and can be retrieved after event is concluded.
Facilities: Restrooms and Concession stand will be provided. Coaches will receive a meal ticket at the coaches meeting.
Entry Fee: $125.00 per team. $250.00 (if entering both men's and womens teams)
