Varsity: Two entries per event and one relay team for each school.
Junior Varsity: Two entries per event and one relay team for each school.
Athletes may only be entered in ONE level - Varsity OR Junior Varsity - Not Both.

Scratches:SCRATCHES ONLY MAY BE MADE THE DAY OF THE MEET.
Scratch meeting will be held at 3:00.
Bullpen:All running events will check in at the bullpen which will be located near the middle of the football field. Athletes will be given hip numbers and lane assignments when they check in.
Equipment:3/16pyramid spikes should be used on running and jumping surfaces. The shot put and discus surfaces are concrete. WE HAVE A JAVELIN RUNWAY WITH AN ALL-WEATHER SURFACE. THE JAVELIN RUNWAY HAS A MAXIMUM SPIKE LENGTH OF 1/8 PYRAMIDS. All throwing implements will be weighed and measured prior to the start of competition.
Starting Blocks:All weather starting blocks furnished by CHS.
Meet Scoring:In accordance with the NFHS Track and Field Rules. (Top 8 Places)
Locker Rooms:Dressing facilities are not available. Please bring athletes dressed and ready to participate.
Awards:Medals will be awarded for three places in individual events and three places in relays. Medals will be awarded for Varsity athletes only. There are no medals or ribbons for Junior Varsity.
Concessions:Due to Covid restrictions, a concession stand will be available, but with limited food items.
Meet Assignments
GAMES COMMITTEE/JURY OF APPEALS:
We will need one head coach from the following schools to serve on the Games Committee/Jury of Appeals during the meet: Benton, Cameron, and Chillicothe.
TIMERS/PICKERS:
We will be using Black Squirrel Timing as the official timing system with a backup hand timing system in place. Black Squirrel will be responsible for timing with their system. In the event that hand timing must be used, we will need eight coaches to be used as pickers and timers for all sprints, hurdles, and sprint relays.

FIELD EVENTS:
You must provide two coaches for the event you have been assigned. Clip boards, tape measures, rakes, event sheets, and other materials will be provided. Please bring a manager to assist you with your event.
