Coaches Meeting:  3:30

Field Events:  3:45

Running Events: 4:15

  1. Entry fee will be $200 for all four teams.

  2. A limit of 3 individual entries per event and one relay team

  3. Entries need to be made on mo.milesplit.com

  4. No spikes longer than 1/8 of an inch.

  5. Field events will be run cafeteria style. Each athlete will have 3 jumps or throws. 

  6. Starting heights will be determined in the coaches meeting.

  7. Custom medals will be awarded to the first three places, and a plaque will be awarded to the first team in each division.

  8. Please make sure your athletes stay in the stands unless they are warming up.
