Entry Limit: You may enter up to 3 athletes per event and one team per relay. There will be no prelims, the fastest heat will run last.
Changes/Scratches: Coaches can make changes to their entries up till the entry deadline. Scratches only, no adds, after the entry deadline. Scratches can also be made at the coach's meeting.
Entry Fee: $75 per team (Boys or Girls) or $150 per school (Boys & Girls Team)
Tents: No tents
Locker Rooms: There are no locker rooms at this facility. Restrooms are located behind the concessions on the home side of the stadium.
Spikes/Equipment: Up to 1/4 pyramid spikes or less. Violators will be disqualified. No spikes in the bleachers or in the seatback chairs. Each participant will be responsible for his or her own equipment.
Blocks will be furnished. Shots and discus will be marked and pooled.
Bullpen: All running events will bullpen on the football field based on entry times.
Markings: Chalk and tennis balls can be used for marking purposes. Tape cannot be used.
Scoring/Awards: Standard team scoring rules apply. We will medal 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. Medals can be picked up at the press box at the conclusion of the meet. The 1st place team in each division will receive a plaque.
Results: We are timing with the LYNX TIMING SYSTEM, and we are using MEET MANAGER SOFTWARE. Unofficial results will be given at the finish line. Official results will be posted on the windows of the concession stand and announced after the conclusion of each event. Online Meet results will be posted during the meet: If you want results e-mailed to you or media outlets, please leave your e-mail address with the meet manager.
Spectator Areas: All running events can be viewed from the stadium and outside of the green fencing. Spectator areas for discus, shot, and javelin will be marked and roped off.
Javelin: The javelin will be conducted in the Discus area beginning at 3:30 and no one will be allowed in that area until the event is completed.
Discus warm-up will begin at the conclusion of the Javelin.
Concessions: Concessions will be sold in the concession stand on the home side of the stadium.
Parking: Parking for busses will be available starting at 3:00 PM. You can drop off before 3, but if you arrive prior to 3:00 you will need to drop your athletes off at the Activity Center. (See Map)

Five miles north of Branson on 65 Hwy. exit on the Ozark Mt. High Road. Head west and turn left on the first outer road (Sunset Rd). Stay on the outer road for approx. 1 mile. Take a right on Buchanan Road. The Branson High School is on the left at the 1st stop sign. Pirate stadium is at the rear of the High School.
