Coach Babb - USATF Level I Spanish River HS (FL)Sprints/Hurdles/Jumps/Relays. Have been coaching track & field for 30 years. Previously at: North Broward Prep (FL), Johns Creek HS (GA), Northview HS (GA), Chattahoochee HS (GA), Northside Red Runers (GA, Youth Program), Oglethorpe University, Atlanta Track Club (Coach and Masters athlete) Competed in track & field collegiately at James Madison University in the early 1980's. I feel that Track & Field is "THE" sport and the basis for almost every other sport (Running, Jumping and Throwing) and is a complimentary sport to other sports.I very much enjoy seeing athletes improve over time through hard work, dedication and determination and the confidence that it gives them which will help them in other aspects of their lives.KEEP WORKING HARD AND YOU WILL REACH YOUR GOALS AND FULLFILL YOUR DREAMS!!!One of my mentors once told me: There is instant coffee and instant tea...........but there is no instant success.
