About Me
I have coached track & field athletes since 1989; 2 time all-American 55m & 4x400m; Founder of the Lightning track Club; Currently Coaching XC, Sprints, Hurdles, Relays, and Middle Distance. I enjoy traveling, working with kids, and reading. My favorite track event is the 400m. My favorite field event is the triple jump. My favorite track athletes are Billy Mills, ??? ??? ??? (Haile Gebrselassie), Michael Johnson and Carl Lewis.
