With four of the top six ranked runners in the state, Lafayette is a force to be reckoned with. We can go on and on about how good this team is. I can't remember a team having such a good group of runners since possibly Potosi back in 2009-2010.
Rock Bridge returns a very good pack of runners, and with that they get the number two spot. Festus, even after losing the best 1-2 in the state from last year, has an incredible top three. They come in as the top ranked boys team for Class 3. Following suit is a pair of programs that you can never count out - West Plains and SLUH.
The sleeper pick of the year is Webb City. A team that doesn't have the track record of the Zizzers of Billikens, Webb City is the real deal with their entire top five coming back having run sub 17 minutes.
