It’s been an incredible year for high school distance running in the United States and it’s really only just begun. Missouri Alum's competed well this past weekend at Indoor Nationals

Dominance. Blake Goodin has left his mark on Class 1 over the past three and a half years with eight gold medals from the state track meet.

In todays preview we look at Class 1 Field Events, Class 2 Throws, Class 3 Distance and Class 4 Sprints.

This week Happe runs a converted sub 4 minute mile while Emily Sisson places fifth in the mile at the Big East Championships, as well as much more. 

  Last May .003 seconds separated Ezekiel Elliot and Dapo Akinmoladun for the State title in the 110 Meter Hurdles.  "Ezekiel Elliot is a phenomenal athlete, and races featuring both of us get very competitive." 

Missouri Alum's had a ton of great performances this past weekend with two sub 4:10 miles, a sub 15 5K, and a top 40 time in the Women's 400m.

Adam Behnke (Lutheran South) blazes a 4:03 while Tiffani McReynolds posts a 8.18 for the 6th fastest time in the NCAA. 

Spring is on the horizon and that means West Virginia outdoor track and field season is preparing for another great year. I need your schedules in order for everyone to find your meets.
