In shot put, St. Teresa's Academy's Sanai Kintchen won in 12.54 meters, followed by Lee's Summit's Makenzie Luster at 11.56 meters. Liberty North's Kayley Lenger won the javelin with a heave of 42.98 meters. St. Teresa's Amelia Arrieta, a Villanova signee, had the only elite running performance on the girls in the 3,200, winning in 11:12.38.
