Samantha Nightingale and Zach Herriott won the KC Metro Championship for the 2nd consecutive year. Samantha smoked through the new course in 17:15.7 while Zach Herriott bounced back from a disappointing performance at Rm Rock winning the guys race in a time of 15:21.3. Lee's Summit West also stepped up with a solid team victory on the girls side while the Hawklets of Rockhurst captured the boys team title.
