Lamar has one heck of a throwing crew. With the three top seeds in the discus and the top seed in the Shot the Lamar throwers could pick up a team trophy by themselves! Leading the way in the shot is Austin Boice, last year’s fifth place finisher. He has set himself apart from the field with a put of 55-5. Clint Ferguson of Lexington has also thrown over 50 feet with a mark of 50-1 at his conference meet.
