Preview

This event truly is a toss-up.  Seven All-State finishers from 2012 return including last year’s champ, Claire Andrews. However, Andrews was beat at her sectional meet. Andrews and Natalie Gudehus of Knox County are the only two to go over 10 feet while two more have gone 9-6 or better.  With a couple more at 9 foot even there are a handful of girls that could have a gold medal around their neck after this weekend.
