Preview
This event features a trio of strong athletes. Mike Spicer, Eric Duncan, and Jesse Utt have all made it to state in four events. The top mark from the season belongs to Duncan who won all four of his events, with the quad consisting of all open events. The top returner, Utt, jumped 42-0.5 to win his sectional meet. Spicer is intriguing as he is the favorite in the high jump but also well in the mix in this one. It takes a true athlete to be able to jump 6-8 in the high jump.
