What are some recent accomplishments of the program or individuals in the program?

Well 1st we just kicked this program off the ground in 2008, and we had 6 kids, so our numbers increasing this much in this short of time is major accomplishment. Last year in our 5th year we won conference in Women's track, our Men were second. We had 5 conference Individual Champions. We also had 5 different Individuals win Conference performer of the week. We were 2nd in our conference in Women’s Cross Country with 3 all conference runners. The men were 3rd with 2 all conference performers.

Other Comments
We have an 83 per cent retention rate, 95 per cent of our grads are in grad school, med school, doctoral programs or in job situations within 6 months after graduation. We have an excellent tutoring program run by students who make A's in the classes they tutor in. We have many academic scholarships, and about 65 percent of the students receive financial aid. We are in the developmental stages of a track and all weather field on campus. We are a fast growing program that fits the highly competitive athlete and those that enjoy just being a part of a team
