Friday night kicked off the 2014 Festus Early Bird Invitational. The Class 4 & Class 3 Girls State XC Champions, Francis Howell & Ste. Gen dueled in a 4 x1600 meter race and it was Francis Howell coming out on top with a winning time of 21:22. On the boys side Ray-Pec crusied to an impressive victory running 19:09
